Claims must be made within 30 days of the ship date. If items are lost or damaged in transit, we will undertake an investigation. You agree to cooperate with us in filing a claim for damaged/lost/stolen merchandise in any manner we may reasonably request; including the filing of a police report and/or the signing of an Affidavit stating the circumstances surrounding the situation.
